Beneficiaries can now visit their nearest BISP-nominated bank ATM and withdraw their cash through finger verification.
Ladies go to your nearest ATM, scan your thumbprint on the machine, and select the language on the screen. Click on BISP and enter your 13-digit National Identity Card number. After verifying your thumbprint, click on the “Check Balance” button to check your balance.

If you are among the regular beneficiaries of the Benazir Income Support Program, and your amount is being deducted continuously. So you can file your complaint against the deductors. To register a complaint, visit your nearest BISP tehsil office.
Ask for a complaint form from BISP officers and complete it with complete information. Enter your name, your National Identity Card number, the amount deducted, and the name of the person making the deduction, and submit the complaint form back to the office.
The staff of BISP will review your request. If it is correct, they will immediately act on your complaint. Action will be taken against the deductor, and your deducted amount will be transferred back to your account.
