Hunarmand Youth Program
The Skilled Hunarmand Pakistan Program is a national project of the Government of Pakistan that aims to make youth economically independent by teaching them useful and modern skills. This program was launched on June 23, 2025, after a partnership between BISP and KCCI. The meeting focused on the transformative potential of the Benazir Hunarmand Program (BHP), a historic initiative aimed at providing modern vocational training to BISP beneficiaries and their families. This initiative will also ensure the verification of nationally and internationally recognized skills.
The objectives of the Skilled Pakistan Program are as follows:
- Providing modern technical and vocational training to the youth,
- creating self-employment
- creating employment opportunities
- preparing individuals for the domestic and international market
- eliminating unemployment from society
- Empowering women
- attracting youth to entrepreneurship
- Providing training according to industrial needs
Eligibility Criteria for Registration
The eligibility criteria for benefiting from the Skilled Pakistan Program are as follows:
- Age 18 to 40 years
- Must have computerized ID card
- Not be involved in any other government program
- Applicants must have at least a matriculation or middle school education.
- Applicants must be tPakistani citizens
- Passion and interest in learning are essential
- Applicants must be physically and mentally healthy

You can register for the Skilled Pakistan Program in the following manner:
- Open the Kamyab Jawan website on your mobile phone
- select the section titled ‘Hunarmand – Pakistan Skill for All’
- choose the desired course
- fill out the online form
- take a printout
- submit the form to your current institution CNIC copy and submit other
Target of hunarmand Pakistan program
The Hunarmand program is training youth in various fields, including;
- information technology (IT)
- graphic designing,
- freelancing
- electrical technology
- mechanical technology
- tourism and hotel management
- traditional fields such as tailoring, beauty parlors, and any other skills.

Women’s participation
Keeping in mind the autonomy of women in the Hunarmand program, a 30 percent quota has also been allocated for them so that they can be empowered socio-economically. The main objective of this program is to teach women various technical and vocational skills, making them independent and employable. Under the program, women will be trained in the following areas:
- sewing
- embroidery
- beauty parlors
- training in home industries
- modern sectors like freelancing and IT
- Microfinancing
- Financial assistance will be provided for starting businesses.
