Inaugurating this scheme, Imran Khan said that it has been done to build a prosperous Pakistan. Seeing this, other institutions will also follow it. Providing housing to the homeless is a huge step for the development of Pakistan so that they can live their lives better. This great work is necessary for every citizen.

Eligibility Criteria

Income
To join the Ehsaas Housing Scheme, you should have an adequate income so that you can easily pay the installments received from the program and get full ownership of your house. People whose monthly income is very low or less than 60 thousand and cannot meet their needs will be provided with houses under the housing scheme.
Disability
Ehsaas Housing Scheme mostly gives preference to those who are employed on labor quota. They have no home to live in. They are forced to live on the footpath.
Documents required to registered
The Government of Pakistan has set the eligibility criteria for joining the program and the registration process to avail the benefits of the program. - Applicants must bring copies of their spouse’s original identity card.
- Tax return files of the applicant and his/her spouse must be brought.
- Candidates have to submit proof of land ownership if they want to opt for the self-build option.
- If you are disabled and wish to apply, a disability certificate will be required.
- To register, the applicant has to submit three months’ bank statements of their bank account.
- If the applicant is married, they must bring their marriage certificate at the time of registration.
- Individuals who wish to register in the Pakistan Housing Scheme must have the above documents available.
